I can’t log in. What should I do?
If you know and have access to the email address associated with account, click the “Forgot password?” link from the log in screen to reset your password.

How do I pause or activate a lead campaign from the app?
Click “Leads.” Then, from the upper right hand corner of the screen, click the toggle icon. This will open a list of your campaigns. Simply slide each selector left or right to pause or activate a campaign. If the selector is green, the campaign is active. If it is greyed out, it is paused.
How do I flag a lead for a quality check?
Click "Leads." Then click on the lead you wish to flag for a quality check. Then click on the three dots that appear in the upper right hand corner of the Lead Details screen and select "Request Quality Check."

Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to investigate. If we are unable to verify the lead, your account will be credited accordingly. The status of a quality check is available by viewing the Lead Details for the associated lead. For additional information about our quality check procedures, please refer to our Credit Policy.
